TWG HISTORY
Since 1996, TWG has been providing creative and realistic real estate advisory services for public and privates agencies and owners from Massachusetts to Virginia and west to Nebraska.
TWG was established by David Williams and Sue Olivier, previously consultants at Ernst & Young Kenneth Leventhal Real Estate Services. David and Sue have been TWG principals for over 18 years.
TWG provides intelligent market based research and analysis to support real estate development in a variety of different venues including: transit oriented development, brownfield redevelopment, and waterfront redevelopment. TWG has also served the hospitality and tourism industry, industrial real estate clientele and large not-for profits, including Trinity Real Estate. TWG provides reliable and thorough analytics that assist owners and public agencies with assessing the types and inventory of development that is economically viable and politically supportable. TWG also provides support services including business targeting solution to support redevelopment planning efforts and economic development opportunities.
Susan A. Olivier
Principal
Ms. Olivier brings over twenty five years of real estate experience towards client service including financial feasibility studies, market studies, valuation and appraisal work with a “Big Four” accounting firm prior to founding The Williams Group Real Estate Advisors LLC with David Williams in 1997. She has used her professional experience in financial feasibility analysis, in architecture and construction to provide technical expertise in a variety of pre-development and development services.
Ms. Olivier brings to our clients a unique combination of financial, planning and project management skills rarely seen in the real estate industry. Ms. Olivier is an ongoing instructor for FEMA through the University of Hawaii for Coastal Design. Her latest source will be New London, May 2016.
David E. Williams
Founding Partner
David brings over forty years of real estate experience towards client service including work with a “Big Four” accounting firm prior to founding The Williams Group Real Estate Advisors.
Dave Williams has been a Massachusetts’s resident for over 40 years and during that time has served the architecture and real estate industry as an owner of an Amherst 30-person architectural firm and as a real estate consultant and financial analyst. Currently, he is co-founder and partner of The Williams Group Real Estate Advisors (“TWG”) as well as Archipelago Investments LLC, developer of private student and faculty residential with over $100M in construction.
